News about this year’s Tai Chi Caledonia

We will again on Tuesday evening be having a catered barbecue/buffet which everyone seemed to enjoy. As intimated last year, this was free for one year only as a thank you for bearing with us after the previous year’s debacle. So this year we will be seeking a £10 per head contribution towards the cost of this.
As this is being provided by an outside caterer we need to give him numbers at least a week before the event. We aim to have menus included with your final email to help you decide and would ask you to let us know asap after that whether you intend coming along. Of course, knowing it will be of the same standard as last year (same caterer) you may feel that you can decide before seeing the menu, in which case please let us know. We will be collecting the £10 on Friday as you register (or Monday if you don’t arrive till then).

As a result of numerous requests, we will have a massage table set up in one of the rooms for anyone that wishes to offer/receive such a service.

People in the past have indicated that they have experience in this area which they were willing to share. However, Tai Chi Caledonia has no way of verifying this and so anyone taking advantage of this opportunity will be deemed to be taking personal responsibility for doing so. Arrangements should be made directly between the masseur/euse and client. Tai Chi Caledonia’s only involvement will be providing the venue and keeping a booking sheet to avoid congestion.

More information will be provided at the Saturday morning meeting.
