environmental arts projects

01 08 09 - 19:37
At this year's Tai Chi Caledonia (2009) we introduced the idea of creating environmental arts projects with the residents who were attending for the week. Using only natural materials that could be found on the campus they paired up two chalets together to work on creating a piece of art from what was on hand. Despite some initial sneers the vast majority applied themselves with great relish and produced some inspiring pieces of work. - Congratulations to the winners Grainne and Debbie Hamilton and Faye Yip who created a wonderful Fan performer from cherry pips and leaves!
