23rd Tai Chi Caledonia
6-13 July 2018
Well, that’s it over for another year, and it seems we had a good one this time. Here are just a few of the comments we have received……..
I wanted to say a big thank you for the week. It was very well organised and felt it went smoothly. If there were any hiccups I never noticed! It’s hard to imagine how much work this week requires to organise. I truly appreciate all the work you have put into it. You made our time unbelievably rich in experiences, the variety of tutors was incredible again this year. I learnt so much and I come out of the week very enthused by what I learnt and got to make new friends as a bonus!
Well. I feel I have not sufficently thanked you two for all the good you do, for TCC in general and specificly for all the generosity and encouragement you gave me. Without that I would have missed out on a brilliant event!
I kept (wisely) away from the celidh and pushing hands, but did as you know both morning and afternoon classes during the week. That went surprisingly well and did me a lot of good. The hardest part was actually trudging through all those airports …IOU big!
On the whole my first experience of TCC was very positive. Thank you for being so flexible about my change of plan. I thought the variety and quality of the sessions during the daytime was excellent.
As a newcomer to the event I would especially like to thank you and everyone else involved for organising T’ai Chi Caledonia and for making me feel relaxed and welcome.I found it the most inspiring week and one that will stay with me for some time. The tuition was outstanding and I learnt just as much from everyone else – they were all so kind and helpful.I’m so glad I came and hope to come again next year.

HERE ARE SOME COMMENTS ABOUT THE 22nd TAI CHI CALEDONIA
“Returned this year and made more new friends”
“….I loved my week there, really appreciate all the work you do to organise it. The Ceilidh was a brilliant idea and was perfect on the Wednesday because it gave time to people to get to know each other beforehand and therefore enjoy the dance even more. I’m hoping to be there next year if all is well.”
“I thought it was an interesting mix this year with FAR too many good options!! I did Roberto’s central axis work and GB’s water qigong. Both were excellent, Both very attentive, generous with their time, and brain bustingly givers of info. I also heard from others who attended the different workshops and they also agreed that the quality of the instructors was above average (understatement I feel).”
” I just wanted to say thanks to you and Al and the volunteers! It’s been an unforgettable week thanks to you and of course the great teachers you invited.
I hope to see you all back next year!
Greetings from the Netherlands, Angeline
ps I went to the local library and guess what I found there: a book by ronnie robinson, translated in dutch, so popular is he!”
“This year was wonderful, as always! 😃 A great place to be with great people! ❤️
It was also wonderful to have so many children there amongst us this year! 😃❤️
If you love tai chi come to Tai Chi Caledonia”
“It was the first time for me staying all week and I truly felt and
got the message you guys out did yourselves. The most respect to the organisers and teachers. And let’s not forget the dedicated students. What more could be asked.
Thank you all for an amazing week.”
