In addition to the formal teaching sessions Tai Chi Caledonia has offered a range of events and activities, some designed to increase your understanding of Chinese Internal Arts and others just to simply have fun!

We have hosted discussion groups on topics such as Spirit in Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong and Why Push Hands.

By way of contrast our New Games and Environmental Art projects have provided a welcome opportunity to get to know our fellow learners in a light-hearted, enjoyable manner.

Stirling University Campus is situated in the heart of the historic ‘Braveheart’ country with Wallace Monument and Stirling Castle within walking distance or a short bus ride away.
