Joining Instructions for the 2021 Zoom Workshops

Please note that the same link is used for all the midday workshops and a separate link for all the evening ones.

Depending on your device/settings the link should take you straight into the meeting. If it doesn’t take you straight in then it will prompt you for the meeting id and then the password (see below).

All times are BST (GMT+1)
Please try to join the meeting around 5 minutes early. You will be put into a waiting room and told that the workshop has not yet started but this will help us begin on time. Please note that although the zoom session is scheduled for an hour and a half the presentation is anticipated to last around one hour with time at the end for questions.

Please be aware that the sessions will be recorded and put up on both the website and the facebook page Tai Chi Caledonia 2021 Workshop Videos. You have the facility to turn off your own camera if you wish to ensure you will not be seen on any of these.

On Saturday the meeting will start 15 minutes earlier, at 11.45 to allow friends to catch up (briefly) and any queries to be answered.
